Alongside four business degrees, Cole has hands-on experience shaping over 300 policies, managing complex projects, growing start-ups, and fostering partnerships that have measurably advanced organizational goals. She has also served on two charter school boards, several nonprofit boards, and over four dozen educational and service committees. Her adeptness at navigating intricate governance landscapes and her unwavering commitment to ethical standards made her a perfect match for Internset’s strategic goals.
