The 113-Room Hotel is the third property to open in the U.S. under Hilton’s new LivSmart brand
Columbia, SC – June 8, 2026 – Parks Hospitality Group announced today the grand opening of LivSmart Studios by Hilton at 175 Stoneridge Drive, Columbia, SC 29210. The 113-room hotel is the third property in the U.S. to open under Hilton’s new LivSmart brand. SKA Construction was the general contractor for the project, and the hotel is operated by Parks Hospitality Group.

Isabella is currently completing her junior year at Kansas State University (KSU). Originally from the St. Louis, Missouri area, Isabella will complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design in May 2027. During her time at Kansas State University, Isabella has served as an APDesign Ambassador representing KSU’s College of Architecture, Planning, and Design Garvin Design Group and Hood Construction joined University of South Carolina (USC) administrators, students, and staff to celebrate the grand opening of Garnet Station, the newest and largest dining destination on the USC campus, serving nearly 500 students and staff. Located on the ground floor of USC’s beloved Russell House University Union, Garnet Station is a modern, flexible dining space in a central campus location. The project was completed on an aggressive four-month construction schedule.
The Garvin Design Group, HNTB, and Contract Construction are proud to announce the completion of Coastal Carolina University’s new Indoor Practice Facility in Conway, South Carolina. This state-of-the-art, 93,000-square-foot facility marks a significant enhancement to the university’s athletic and community event capabilities.
Located just south of Brooks Stadium, the Indoor Practice Facility includes a full-size synthetic football field, coaches’ observation tower, training room, video recording platforms, On July 21, Garvin Design Group and Hood Construction joined members of the University of South Carolina community for a special grand opening event and tour of the recently completed Idea Center. The Idea Center occupies three levels of the 11-story Gateway 737 building at the corner of Gadsden and Greene Streets in downtown Columbia.
