Architect – 6–8 yrs Experience | Columbia, SC | Full-Time

What You Will Do

• Lead and contribute to projects across custom single-family residential ($1M+), multifamily, office, private medical, ambulatory surgery centers, industrial, retail and restaurants, renovations and historic preservation, and municipal work
• Develop building envelopes and coordinated construction documents with a focus on constructability and code compliance
• Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and internal teams while managing multiple deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in architectural practice
• Licensed architect or on track for licensure
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of IBC, ANSI, and ADA
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Suite
• Strong design proficiency and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage 5–7 projects simultaneously
