Ribbon Cutting, Ground Breaking, Open House or Milestone Celebration Form

Congratulations on scheduling your Ribbon Cutting, Ground Breaking, Open House or Milestone Celebration with the Columbia Chamber.

Ribbon Cuttings, Open House events, Groundbreaking and/or Milestone Celebrations for current Cornerstone Partners are $200 with Partnership. An invoice will be emailed upon approval of your submitted form. Your Partnership will be upgraded to Impact level and your event will be publicized once payment is received. Ribbon Cuttings for Impact, Keystone, Executive, and Ambassador Partners are included with your Partnership.

We suggest scheduling a ribbon cutting 2-4 weeks in advance in order to receive the most promotion from the Chamber. Partners who submit the details of their event 4 weeks in advance will receive an average of 8,386+ impressions through the Chamber. We also recommend Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday events just before the lunch hour or right after the lunch hour for optimal attendance.

Your ribbon cutting will include:
• The stanchions, ribbon and scissors will be provided by the Chamber
• Photographs of event
• A chamber representative in attendance
• A commemorative plaque of the event
• A window cling to display at your place of business
• Social media promotions, before, during and immediately after
• Inclusion on our Upcoming Events emails (starting one month prior)
• A featured spot on the Chamber’s event calendar and the website homepage

Note: The Chamber cannot guarantee the number of guests in attendance. Pre-registration with the Chamber for Ribbon Cuttings is required with a minimum of two weeks advance notice. Events are scheduled based upon availability.
