The Columbia Chamber and the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association (LCAA) are pleased to welcome Patrick Kelly, Board Member, National Assessment Governing Board as the March Leadership Luncheon speaker sponsored by Schmoyer and Company, LLC.

Patrick Kelly serves in many educational roles, both local and federal. Locally, Patrick works as an AP U.S. Government and Politics teacher while also serving as the Coordinator of Professional Learning for Richland School District 2 where he develops and manages professional learning and growth opportunities for more that 3,000 staff members across the district. Federally, Patrick is a member of the National Assessment Governing Board in DC where he assists in overseeing and setting policies for the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP).

Based on his experience both in the local classroom and in Washington DC, Patrick will lead a robust discussion on public education and ways for measurable improvement in SC.

Luncheons are free for active LCAA Members, and $25 for guests or non-members.
